As I read the OP, one team offered and the other did not. Is this a test of reading comprehension, or an unclear OP? If one team offers and one does NOT, I'll bet the farm I know which team the recruit did NOT sign with.

Personally, I think this is a design flaw. While I can understand a team generating high or even very high interest without a scholarship offer, once a recruit accepts, all schools that have yet to extend should be dropped down to moderate to avoid this type of absurdity.

I found this one pretty interesting. This was I guy I was not actively recruiting, but as I sometimes do, I was setting up a possible Juco plan C for next year, if no one wanted him.

Their is no need for plan C's maybe that's why your odds are so low Shoe.
