I’ve seen it twice, and once was
quite a few months ago. I assume it’s always been possible, just very rare. Probably indicates a true “tie” in effort credit, and with so many factors going into that, a tie should be a rare occurrence. It’s always possible that something has been tweaked, of course.
Seble did say that considering odds would be changed to reflect reality when one or more teams in a battle can’t sign the player, which should probably explain the second part.
