Minnesota was a bad omission.
I'm a big Illinois/Arizona fan. Total control of a state that generates 1/2 5-stars per year is huge. You don't get that at Colorado or Utah.
Stanford, USC, Cal are all taken like 70% of a time which slightly sours UCLA IMHO. Kansas you totally control your whole state, and usually you can also totally control Arkansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Iowa. But yeah, in hindsight UCLA is probably better.
A+ baseline is A+ baseline. You can win titles with 8/9 guys (I have 4 titles--1 was with 8 guys and 1 was with 9 so I would know) so you will still get star talent, even if you have to battle and win roles.
Is Kentucky that bad? Can't you like reach into TN, LA, MS, AL, GA consistently? I feel its so weird that Illinois is a consensus Top 5-7 location but Kentucky doesn't crack Top 10 when they're 200 miles apart and the south is so fertile.
