some cops are racists. Not all of them. Just the same as any group of people. Like some of the posters here are racists, but not all of them.

Oh ok. Just “some” of the people empowered by the government and given weapons to enforce lawS are racist. I’m sure that’s fine.

BUT, he does make a valid point.

When speaking of the so-called thin blue line............one bad apple is one too many!

Our psychological profiles intent on keeping the wrong type of personality OUT of police work have failed miserably IMO.

Definitely 100% true. And cops should be trained to keep out the bad apples because it reflects on them, but their union leadership doesn't help that.

I've been to two protests, and I didn't see a single person call for the end of police or for the destruction of white people.

Maybe the ACAB people if you are reaching, but even among Black Lives Matter, ACAB is pretty fringe. Of course, some people (thinking of the bad faith ones) will pick out the most radical idea in a group and act like everyone in said group is in favor of it.
