What job is he eligible for? D1?

And not even 18 years old according to his profile! Bravo my young phenom, well done.

What I find odd is the IQs. There's obviously a changeover that took place, or is taking place. So there were no A+ IQs either.

Anyone know if it's actually a "new" coach?

Doubtful.

I don't think this is a first but it's the first time I've seen it in 3.0.

I'm hazy on the details but I remember back in 2.0 in I think Knight (I only really played Knight & Allen back in the day) someone leaving a totally stacked team that was taken over by a new coach who rode their talent to a title.

Could be a similar instance here. Agree with top - the IQ's piece is weird but that team is so loaded with talent it's not shocking they won it all.

I’ve been site-mailing with him throughout the season. It’s actually his first season. Hornets understands the game pretty well, especially how ratings work together.

He did accidentally play slowdown instead of uptempo in the F4 and nearly blew the season. But congrats hornets!

Hornets34 wins 34 games in a row in his first season lol.

Tark D3 is horrid this year. Everyone was down. Albright had no IQs over B- at the start of the year, had 3 bigs in a normal/uptempo press (played 40 reb at the 4 for 20 mpg), and had no primary ball-handlers (not a single player over 55 Bh and 55 pa).

But 65/66 ath/de, shooters with 94/91/89/83 PER, a legit LP threat, and 81 team stamina running press goes pretty far.

On my old account (this was years ago, must've been like 2012 or 2013) I did the same thing except only made it to F4 lol. It was one of my first seasons and I took over a totally stacked DIII team and thought that I was the second coming of Wooden because I made it to the F4.... then the good players graduated and I had no idea what I was doing recruiting and in a few seasons we were well below .500.

I leaned heavily on your spreadsheet through the postseason. Sure I got a lot of luck as well.
