From the rules in the Classified post

"One more key drafting detail. There are 5 seasons in each drafting group. You must roster exactly 5 players from each season. You do not have to announce which season of a player you are using during the draft."

Got it. But the players are exclusive, right?

Yes. You can decide to use any Pedro from 1996-2000. Only you get Pedro
