Thought this was going in another direction, so I'll take it there. Something that annoys the living crap out of me is how so many people think they should be free to tell me how great homosexuality or atheism or "whatever" are, yet get their panties in a bunch when I try to tell them, or someone else, how great they're not. If you feel free to promote, or tear down, something, others are equally as free to do the opposite. Granted, there are far too many people like that on both sides of every fence, including myself at times, but it sure seems TO ME that it is much great on one than the other.

it is the restriction of rights that you think is ok that is a problem for me.

Not a 1A violation if the government is involved, firstly. Secondly, he's not being "unfairly targeted," he broke TOS and many have been banned for less, finally, there's zero evidence to my knowledge of conservatives being systemically targeted on social media.

Reminder not to give a couple of one-off examples, unless you think me listing some black people killed by police is evidence of systemic racism.

Also, even if it was true that the left hated free speech or whatever, and they express this through social media, we know that conservatives act the same way (actually, worse). Death penalty for flag burning, or just look at ******* Parler. They ban leftists. You can be a Trump supporter on Twitter, you can't be a socialist on Parler.

They believe they can show that Crowder has followed YouTube's own stated rules, and that you can't just destroy someone's business on a platform without an actual breach of rules.

And Twitter. A PRIVATE ENTITY, has the right to boot him from the platform. Exactly like a store doesn’t have to serve you if you don’t wear a mask or they don’t have to bake you a cake if you’re gay. “His” platform is NOT “his” at ALL guitarhack. He’s using SOMEONE ELSE’S.

For those who don't know Louder with Crowder is the most popular news podcast, with well over a million views/listens a day across the platforms. Their 2020 election stream had more viewers than any mainstream news coverage.

BULLSHIT on Crowder getting more viewers than mainstream news coverage, I would bet a year's salary against that being true.

If they sue and win, cool, good for them. Glad the leftist government protects free speech, unlike the "death penalty for flag burners" Trump administration.
