A draft will be set up for them to pick which side (A.L. or N.L.) of which league (1 through 6) they want to have the Number One pick in. Also, there's no requirement that one of each of the twelve has to go in it's own league. In other words, if someone takes the first pick in the N.L. of League Six, one of the other first 12 owners might decide that pick two in the N.L. of League Six is better for them instead of Pick One in one of the other leagues. If, after the first 12 owners have decided what league they want to be in, there’s still a Number One spot available, it will go the whoever had the 13^th best W/L record in Round Two – and so on and so on.

Once the first twelve owners have decided which league they want in, I’ll set up the draft boards for each of the drafts and we’ll complete each league’s draft in the original 1-12, 12-1, 1-12, 12-1, 1-12 draft order.

Damn, damn, damn. I had one clear choice and Pedro, of course, took it.
I could never settle on a second choice. I guess I’ll go with League 1 - AL. That will be a dogfight of high priced Yankee sluggers but first choice there gives me a couple of studs at least.
