This is the Keeper/cut thread for the 2023 PCL (Progressive Century League)
**** You may keep up to 20 players ****
Keepers should be posted as soon as possible if possible ;)
To compensate for the number of low inning pitchers in this "modern era" as well as the number of position players with lower plate appearances, we will have a 8 round AAA draft of after the regular draft...this is also an opportunity for "prospect fishing"...remember that these players can be keepers for 2022 but count toward your maximum total of 20 keepers...UNLIKE IN THE PAST, you may select 4 pitchers AND 4 position players in the AAA draft

Also remember that you can only start a player at a position for which he is rated for in 2023...so keep track of sufficient PA's by position as you are choosing your keepers and planning your draft picks

Also remember that both the NL and the AL use the DH

To qualify for one of the first 4 picks in the 2023 draft, you must have won at least 40 games in the 2022 season
