Thanks for re-doing the draft order, scud.  Damn now I want to join, however, I will be very busy coming up in June and July.

Regarding the order, I agree with both eleibowitz and vancem.  I would add that after the top 5-8 players in each round, players are more interchangeable.  The important thing to address is that each owner gets a shot at a top 5 slot in 2 rounds.  Those are the guys that are really exclusive.

Also, since players are usable at more than one position, being able to pick early in the first 2 rounds is a definite advantage over picking early in the the 3rd when certain multi-positional players are long gone.

Shouldn't the rounds that start with 12 actually go 12 13 11 14 10 15.... the way it is now the pairings don't work out right.

draft order... how does this look? i understand the last round should be reversed (which i agree with). even though it looks like the middle slot guys get shafted, they actually dont, since they never pick at the bottom of any rounds, except the last round now. thanks for the suggestions. thoughts?

Hi scud just one more thing. You accidentally reversed the round 4 and round 5 draft positions as based on page 1 of this thread. The position placement is on page 7 of this thread.

Round 4 SF should be 24 to 1.

Round 5 SG should be 1 to 24.

Therefore, in round 4 SF Malone would be drafting #1 and I would be drafting #2.

In round 5 SG I would be drafting #23 and malone would be drafting #24. Is that correct, or have I eaten too much bad mongolian beef today at the Happy Fortune in the PDX LOL?

oh yeah, i messed that up... correcto-mundo.... in stead of doing the whole thing over, it is enough to say, rounds 4 and 5 should be switched. i guess the "middles" (round 3) threw me off. the draft forum will reflect this change. promise.

Does anyone know of a link to an up to date player spreadsheet? Mine's two or three years old I think.
