You like the fact that WIS has said that they get to strike down a private leagues rules?

I don't think that's the way it's going to work. This may just be what I hope rather than what actually happens, but the way I interpret tz's statements it seems like if a commish says, "One of our league rules is X and owner soandso failed to follow... I am requesting removal of soandso" then it's going to be done. On the other hand, I know there is sometimes a discrepancy between what CS says and what actually is done.

I agree. Which means No Published Rules = No Rules = No Removals

Every world needs to agree (world chat?) on their rules and publish them. I suggest in the Pinned World/Commissioner thread not in a revolving recruitment thread (which in 6 months you will not be able to find).

I see. I agree thats where we SHOULD be. I have not seen anything from WIS indicating that they are willing to respect league-specific rules, and how they should be communicated to world members. Thats the "gotcha" with this scenario. That needs to be established IMMEDIATELY.
