wow steve, being pretty tough on ian...being a commish is NOT easy and I think we need to relax and let him deal with the issues.

just a bit of sarcasm.... I know it is not easy -- I've done it many times myself.

What needs to happen, of course, is the players need to be changed and any game they played in must be forfeited, obviously.
