I'm sure there are unethical doctors out there. But it's somewhat irrelevant to this conversation. We aren't talking about regular kids using performance enhancers. We're talking about transgender boys who are prescribed low doses of testosterone so that their bodies function like male bodies.

That gives them an advantage over girls but not boys. In that case, they should compete against other boys.

On the other hand, a transgender boy who isn't going through hormone treatment should probably still compete against girls.

One-size-fits-all rules aren't great for this situation.

They are girls with a mental disorder. One cannot change their biological gender.

It's not really something I want to argue about but youth baseball in Southern California is a different beast than baseball in Massachusetts.

Probably similar to East Coast lax or Texas football.
