plague - all other things being equal (which is unlikely), a world with extreme pitching parks would have a lover overall scoring environment, which would lead to a tighter bunching of runs allowed, and a smaller standard deviation for that measure

but park selection should not affect the standard deviation of team wins or unearned runs
