- plays were high on that team, but , that was the only whole though, usually had a gold glove winner or 2 sprinkled in, it did not effect my team ERA much, it was usually one of the better ones in the league. That team won 2 WS in OTT

If the site tracked DER, that could help. I would think that if you had pitchers that, on whole struck more guys out, you could reduce some the "-" plays by reducing the total number of fielding chances by your outfielder. Or you could use extreme groundball pitchers (or both).

Thanks everyone. I think I am moving my marginal RF to LF, and putting a C/DH type in RF. I (heart) me some offense!
