axeme, at issue isn't whether players are still dropping down, it's whether the caliber of playing dropping down is now lower than before.

Ticket filed. No response yet. (I filed it later than I thought, my ticket yesterday morning didn't get filed properly due to some mistake I made either closing a window or not clicking or something else.)


mniven - The ranked players (1) are almost all refusing phone calls and (2) Next to nobody dropped. I couldn't get a phone call accepted but even for those that did I'm pretty sure not one actually did drop. You could pull them down but they weren't dropping. Yesterday there were 95 ranked players that were undecided and the only four that appeared on my D2 search screen were half of the ranked two year JUCO players that were still undecided. Not one of the 86 undecided high school players took the plunge down to D2.

dalter--perhaps my point got lost. I signed two unranked players who were better than the ranked ones available, plus I was unable to get the better players who used to be available (approx. 150-180) to even take a phone call.

I went many seasons in Crum in which I only signed ranked players who also were better than the early-drop unranked players now available.
