My team went on a tear at the end of season 10, winning 20 out of 22 to take the division lead with two games . I believe 16 or 17 of those wins were by 2 runs or less. This was also with the always popular 17 game road trip to end the season. Lost the last two games of the regular season but still backed into the division title. With my pitching staff totally gassed, we squeaked out a first round series victory (also from mumcoach) in five games before falling to Mike in four games in the second round. My staff was running on fumes by then.

That was a gutsy team.
