Its the DUR/STA issue that is the problem.

Your DUR/STA combination is just not acceptable.

One of the problems with this staff is that SIMMY will destroy it with the TPC/MPC recs and pitching roles.

Putting a guy like P6 as the LRA will make generate a SIMMY rec of 50/60, which will leave him "in the red" after the appearance. Then, SIMMY will continue to use a guy set the "recommended" 80%, meaning he never actually recovers.

To succeed with guys with 20/40 or 30/30 DUR/STA combos, you've got to manually set them to 25/30 or 20/20 to make sure that back-to-back appearances see them enter at 100% and have them set to auto-rest at 95% so they don't get burned too quickly.
