I don't usually make it my business to tell people how to run their team(s), as I don't pretend to have any secrets, but since you asked....
Goya is a nice hitter with at least enough defensive ability to get by even in a COF spot (ideally a weak armed LF, but I've seen worse in RF, too), locked up for a few seasons at a good price.
Moore's worth something, but the other two are turds. I wouldn't make the 1st deal you describe, regardless of the direction of my team. You have to get value for value.
As for the second one, the former judge Clarence Thomas is still good, although he's not the ace he once was. You should be able to get more than a Mop Up guy for him, and certainly a fair bit more if you're paying his salary. Thomas is still a legit ML SP, and he has value. The player being offered to you is a Rule 5-quality arm.
In short, accept neither offer. They're trying to screw you.
