obviously all this talk of avoiding the use of frosh.. no starting fr or soph if possible, etc, is for d2 and d3...right?
i know it is probably stating the obvious, but these days if you want to compete at d1, you really have to have some supersophs who start and some stud frosh who are key players off the bench. because if you are developing your program and having some success, you are going to be losing quite alot of players beofre they get to their senior year, so to make up for the lack of seniors, you have to add some at the younger end... right?
