Without delving into it too much, I think many of you miss the point. Its not really about him falling into temptations as much as it is a philosophy that there isn't anything wrong with it. Your wife is there to raise your children and tend to your home. All other women are for fun and to blow off steam. Look at the circle he hangs with, they all subscribe to the same theory. He is notorious for hitting the clubs in NY, Miami, Vegas. He's there on the hunt to look for women. Not there to have some drinks and oops falls into temptation.
Nooo... I think it's about a culture of egoisim or power or whatever you want to call it. He's the center of the world. His closest friends never question him. They encourage whatever he thinks. It's like he's a king. He KNOWS what he's doing is wrong, he just thinks he'll get away with it. "I'm Tiger F'n Woods" nobody will catch me, even if I leave a desparate voice mail on my mistress's voicemail. I've got this thing wrapped up. Nobody's gonna know. And there's nobody there to say to him, "Tiger, you're a dumbass." Instead, they call these ladies up and make an itinerary for him. Now that's REAL freindship. Say what?
If he was Joe Smo making $10.00 bucks an hour, he'd be doing the same thing. Only difference is it wouldn't be in the papers. I'm not sure you are aware but he was caught two years ago when photos were taken of him leaving a hotel with another women. Did he stop because he's sorry for his transgressions? Of course not. The desperate phone call was in order to stop whats happening now, keep is reputation in tact, and keep the money train moving. I'm telling you, there are various types of people who cheat some fall in multiple catergories. He is one who doesn't think there is anything wrong with it and its simply how it goes.
Its not like he simply bangs them and moves on. He maintains a women per city for multiple years so that when there he can chillax. These guys spend hardly anytime at home and are always seen out galavanting. Its not like some of you are making it where women just throw themselves at these guys everywhere (which to a certain extent is true), they put themselves in these positions by going out and partying like they are single guys in their 20s. Michael Jordan is 47 years old and was just out partying it up this past weekend.
How many people do you know that are married and out acting a fool like they are single? This isn't a case of the married man/women falling into an affair with their co-worker because they see them everyday and life at home sucks.
