OT: Top Chef Game Topic

the dude has a contract out for his death.

this is like an outlaw in the 1800's having "Wanted Dead or Alive" posters all over town.

it doesn't matter who you are or what you look like, if you're wanted dead by about half a billion people, you're scoring some premium, top of the line puntang.

or it was an arranged marriage. who know

I would narrow all the people down to 2 winners and 2 losers. The next days NYSE volume would tell me which won and which lost, even or odd. And of course I would let the cheftestants know which they were so it will be truly random!

Still not getting this, on several levels. Would this be a recipe competition? With winners and losers chosen at random, what would constitute the actual competition? Why would this interest internet, make-believe basketball players? Why would cheftestants knowing who is a loser or winner be related to "true randomness." Finally, why am I wasting my time asking these questions? ;)

The loser is chosen "at random" but from the bottom two. So the field is narrowed to last and 2nd to last. Then the actual loser chosen at random.

still kinda wierd. buy i guess i spend 30 min a day playing fake GM. then another 30 min posting to other losers that do the same thing. so i'm not one to judge.

The only thing that makes this thread the least bit worthwhile is I spot a hint of a nip.

And that's not just any nip. It's a very fine one.

Thanks for the clarification, mrpolo. I still have so many questions, on so many levels, regarding this thread. I think we all do.

I always defend the -5, but I never played slowdown. I always play Uptempo, even now that I no longer use the -5 as my primary defense!

I was unaware we played defense in the chef game. Does this mean I can choose to throw my knives at another player?
