Same thing-i got booted out almost every game-even in the open play I got booted out

Just submitted ticket to wis that reads as follows: "Screen freezing, rendering participant blind to action (apparently game continues managed by sim) and crash when exiting 1 inning or 2 later. Many players frustrated, cease playing, and post up this problem in live forum. Please fix." ...

I always get a response from admin. Usually within 12 hours. Sometimes they have to shuffle the ticket up higher because its something a normal CSR can't answer but they always send notice when that is going to happen.

I have a side job where I work as a GameMaster for an online video game company and we have these problems all the time. Sometimes there's only one person who can answer a problem, and if they aren't around for any variety of reason, stuff can go unanswered for awhile.

They should probably post something here that says the problem is being addressed, this needs to go out to anyone playing live. My guess is that the server is unstable right now(for reasons ranging from a new server to the forum upgrade they are about to roll in). or they are having a problem with their internet provider.

Don't get too down. We pay twice as much in HBD and get the same, ****!y service. I might switch back to SLB just so I don't feel AS screwed. ;-)
