heh, if you wanna talk about bad companies.... I use cricket because I live in a big city, but the coverage and CS sucks so bad... I get service pretty much anywhere I go. Its outside of portland (boring, leaving sandy, or crossing over into washington and leaving vancouver is where the issues arrive.)
Also, big buildings (wal mart, fred meyers, target and apparently my bathroom all have limited/no service)
The CS part is what made me begin the process of switching to verizon. I dropped my phone in the bathroom and it stopped working. The screen locked up at a blue screen and I could not turn off or on my phone. Keep in mind this was a *free* phone, 1st month free and everything which is why I did it because I was poor.
Anyways, I take it in and they try to charge me 120 dollars to not even replace the phone. It would give me a new battery or something, and on top of it I still had a 38 dollar bill coming. This phone was not even worth 5 dollars... It was a joke. I tried to get the same phone and then them just switch it over to it, but they wouldn't. They said I would need to get a new phone number and order a new phone from them, which would still run me a good 90+ bucks + still have old bill and new bill. Stores offer the crap phone for like 10 bucks on pre paid phones. They act like I was asking for them to replace some top notch phone for free. I was even willing to pay like 20-30 bucks for a replacement phone if I could keep the same number, but they said they couldn't do anything about it.
