1) Tiebreaker flips are determined first
2) Draft orders are then figured out with respective people moved into their auxiliary colleges
Imagine you have a 1/2 chance of missing out on your aux. college
Then you're added to the group of 4 which makes it now 5 owners for the auxiliary college.
The chance of getting the absolute worst outcome, which is missing that college and then getting the bottom pick in your draft order, is 10%. That's a risk but I don't think it's unfair.
Also, just a note: Connie Hawkins plays for Iowa in this league. This seems to come up in every collegiate league but for the purposes of this one, everyone played for the school that they're listed on BB-R.
