everyone who has an offer out (that hasn't been flat-out rejected) gets the circle. the key is whether it has a little 1 inside of it, indicating that you have the top offer.

why would a coach in mid negotiations go from Fielding instructor, to Bench coach. He was FI for years, and had an offer for over 4 million, but signed as a BC for 800k. What am I missing?

Is hartjh14 in that world? He signs the best FIs to ML bench coach positions, ******* off the few owners who get stuck with FIs in the 50s
