No offense, but there is no way that resume should allow a coach to jump from D3 straight to D1. It's a nice five year stretch you've put together, but I would think it would take a little more than that to make the jump. Obviously not though......

I really think the difference between D3 success and D2 success (in terms of job promotions at least) is minuscule. CS will say otherwise, but based on what I've seen, D3 success is almost as good as D2 success, if not equal.

I have not been able to move to DI after 11 seasons:

DIII--one season Conference tournament champ, NT first round (20-11)

DII--4 seasons at Minn-Duluth Reg season champ 3 times, conference tournament 2 times, 2 NT and one PI--best RPI--36. Record 71-40

DII--3 seasons at Shippensburg Reg season champ 3 times, 2 conference tournaments, 3 NTs with a 2nd round and a sweet 16. RPI's of 16,33,43.

DII--3 seasons at Tampa reg season champ 2 times and 2 Conference tounament champs, 3 NTs with two second rounds and one Elite 8--RPI 21-26-29

I get declined everytime

Maybe your loyalty is too low from lateraling between so many D2 teams. Why not stay in one spot for a few seasons and then see what your options look like?

I just don't like that I got knocked down to D2 after I was fired from New Mexico in Tark. Guess I'll have to put a few NT seasons together before I can move back up.

Your loyalty is almost definitely terrible. That is the reason you are getting declined.
