Minimum values for Recruits Topic

Even if you say press IS a track meet, track stars have athleticism. No guard worth their salt will have low ATH, nor would they play for my team with no D. I'm selfish and want some speed from my bigs and and some rebounding from my guards. Finally, with the inclusion of LP for guards, you are foolish to say 0 in LP if you want a SG to score.
What are your minimums you use to do your searches.

Looking for quantitative, measurable recommendations and not generalities.

I don't use any absolute minimums during recruiting.

I try to avoid certain numbers but if a player has enough potential in other areas I'll take a terrible rating and try to work with it. And I think with the rollout of the new recruits this will become more prevalent.

In D2, playing a M2M, I just recruited a SF with a DEF rating of 13 and WE of 20. Normally I'd stay away from that low a rating but he could approach 100 in SPD and LP and around 90 in REB, PER and PAS.

I still stand by that. Although it si very rare to to have aplayer with 0 in a category that is what I woudl consider. Anything else is just a plus in my eyes.

as others have mentioned, you can get away with a really low vaule of fairly important categories and still have a really good player. so i would avoid absolute minimums except in the stuff you absolutely need (like spd in guards, reb in bigs).
