Spinal it is basically about potential, D2 guys probably have better potential or higher ratings in the cores. Overall rating means nothing you will see D2 guys with a 380 rating but high in all the cores.

They are listed in D2 because they are generally better.

As for pulldowns not working I had no trouble pulling the 1 player I wanted down this past recruiting season.
