OK. The schedule is posted in its usual spot on Page 1. Please excuse the lack of bold font and underlines. Due to my workplace finding IE 6 sufficient for my work station, I am not able to use the good stuff in the forums until I get home. I will clean it up later when I can.

Schedule UP!

Hey serb0649 nice to see you're Rockford team in the tourney but sadly we will miss eachother's squads next season. I like the quality of the coaches involved in this tournament and provided SOS and RPI don't take major hits, I plan to play in it as long as I remain at DIII Phelan. The battles in Knight's Atlantic 10 have been fierce & fun, I look forward to the same here. Good Luck.

Until the tweaks to the game engine started at the changeover to the new regime, the Phelan Shootout was a "Who's Who" list of RPI and SOS so to speak. It wasn't uncommon to have 10 of the 12 participants in the top 50 of RPI and SOS ratings were generally even better. As the game has changed a bit in the last year or so, some of our teams (mine included) have had some growing pains and some bumps on the road where the RPI's/SOS were uncharacteristic. But overall, I think you'll be pleased with what your numbers will look like at the end of the season.

Quick question reddevil. I'm scheduled to play Hope in slot 10, however we are in the same conference.  So I am free to schedule whoever in that slot correct? And the winner will be determined by our first conference matchup? Just wanted to double check. I've never had another team from the same conference in here with me.

Thanks.

Oh yeah, you guys are both in Michigan Conference..(I should know that since I'm at Olivet in Wooden). Yeah, you guys both schedule whoever in that spot and the conference game counts for the Shootout

What happens if a spot goes unfilled? I'm still waiting for a team to accept a game.

Did you get it figured out Ixolabrat? It looks like your schedule is filled now.

In the event that a Shootout game goes unscheduled, generally a forfeit win will be awarded to the party who made the effort to get scheduled and the corresponding loss given to the party who failed to click the accept button.
