Well, knowing that there are 47 70+ is better than 31 70+.   There is a chance that there will be more useful players.

But, yeah, it's not a ringing endorsement.     I'm just not fond of "The tankers will ruin it" because tankers tank.  It's what they do.   You can make rules, boot people and scream all day but, if someone is intent on a top pick for the next 3 seasons, they'll find a way.
