I wish you a ton of luck in the big 12, When I took on the task at Texas Tech it was my first big 6 job, and as you can see from the history, I didnt get the hang of it until I was about to be fired. ( The two years after I left, they went very deep in the tourney with the players I signed and one of my guys was drafted) I feel like now I am ready for my next big six gig, not in this world but another, As im sure you know it is VERY tough to recruit in the state of Texas, that was my biggest hurdle and it eventually pushed me to leave before I got fired. Oh well, good luck in the big 12, i hope you bring the red raiders back to where they were right after I left
