Is there a cap on this, or is it a really high cap so you can pretty much fit anyone on the team.

It's an 80 mil cap. We talked about making it unlimited, but this was, there is still some thought that has to go into your roster management. If there is a Super Bowl Match-up, the sequel, I might just go no cap.
