They show up for me.  Even tried them on my work computer.  Don't know why you can't see them?  You have you're thumbnails turned off?

I can't see them on my work computer but can at home. Not sure why but it's always been the case.

I don't know if it will help but here's how you do it.  When you go into the forums just under the bar that has Main & SimLeagues & Forums etc. there's another toolbar that says All Forums & MY Forums & Search etc.  Click on My Forums.  Then it has some options there for you including the thumbnails.
