Buffalo and Philadelphia have agreed to a major deal:  Buffalo sends its '86 #1, '87 #1, and Eddie Johnson to Philadelphia for Larry Bird, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Wayne Cooper.  Calcutta to confirm.  Keepers to follow soon.

cdew8 gets Wayne Cooper (and Iavaroni if he wants him) in exchange for pick #23
katernberg then gets that pick #23 and Bill Wennington for John Lucas
