OK, George Fultz.  Same thing.  It happens occasionally, but I do think you're right forthe most part.

I don't usually either, but that's his worst rating, and he's a defensive stud catcher (both arm ratings were over 80 and PC was 100 with my 20 m draft scouting) I'm hoping winds up as not a completely terrible bat so he can be more than just a D replacement.

If the current ratings are 100% accurate ( or the most reliable ratings you can have )... then you just have to work according to those.   There's no reason to 'pay' for ratings that 'might' come true.    Im trying to stray away from 0 AS because I'd rather use that money elsewhere.
