Why is it that no one can get their brain around the concept that State sales tax is irrelevant in the analysis of the 999 plan.

There might be 100s of reasons that 999 is not a good idea, but to keep bringing up state sales tax is just ignorant.



They can get their brain around it. They're just assuming the audience for the debates can't.

You know as well as I do that paying off a claim is often cheaper than fighting and winning. It is a major flaw in the current Tort system in America.

And that is who the left is trying to frame.

There is no evidence supporting the claim that "Perry's people" brought it up.

And even if they did, the way the media jumped on it like a shark on bloody meat proves their agenda!
