I just sent the following sitemail to hughesjr:
Hughes,
Morris Brown in real life doesn't have sports any more.
St. Mary's of CA is having a good deal of success in the real-life WCC.
and Grambling State is in the SWAC in real life, but is in the WCC (California and Oregon) instead of the MEAC (Eastern and Southern historically black colleges) in HD.
My point? Rebranding Morris Brown as St. Mary's and switching it with Grambling State - would put Grambling and St. Mary's in the right(er) conferences while getting rid of no-longer-has-sports Morris Brown.
And the switch would only affect one coach - you.
That's right, Grambling State is vacant in every world, and you're the only person coaching at Morris Brown.
So my question is - would you have any objection to either of the following proposals?
a) You move to the WCC with no loyalty or rep hit, keeping all of your players and prestige, receiving a boost in baseline prestige from D to C, and your school is renamed/branded St. Mary's (CA) and located in Moraga, CA (Bay Area).
OR b) You stay in the conference you're in with no loyalty or rep hit, keeping all of your players and prestige, with your baseline prestige staying the same, but your school is renamed/branded Grambling State and moved from Atlanta to Grambling, in northern Louisiana.
Is either of these acceptable to you?
Thanks,
corn
