where in this thread did it say there was going to be a new world opened?    with the amount of openings they have right now, Wis would have to be out of their minds to open a new one right now.

As a new world opens, how are the players allocated?  Is it a huge free agent pool or are all the teams already set with some (or all) players?  Are all the teams even as far as talent level and/or future contract/budget obligations?
