How would you use the RP's that I have listed below. Do I need to add a guy to eat up some innings?

You might want to consider a long reliever. I think they provide two things: (1) a spot starter for minor njuries that force your starters to miss one or two starts but that do not require a trip to the DL; and (2) another level of control for organizing your bullpen to distribute innings based on leverage and ability, by which I mean that your long reliever will usually get lots of innings, but typically not in high leverage situations, this helps keep your better relief guys rested. I often have a mop up guy in the bullpen for the same reason, though they almost never get as many innings as the long reliever. Martinez could maybe give you four innings as a spot starter, but I like having someone with enough stamina to actually go six or more innings into games, mostly because with your LR being used as a starter your bullpen has fewer arms to eat up innings for those few days.
