I would set intentional walks to "never" or "rare." I might consider lowering Smith's PC to 15, although I don't think that is a big deal. I have had excellent luck with him many times, but any reliever is likely to have poor numbers. You may notice a disportionate number of the best hitters are LH. While good pitching is good pitching, I try and keep a few good LHPs on hand. To the extent that I can, I try and get them in against those elite LH hitters, and back out before the righties come up. If a team is loaded with LH bats, my LH relievers will play a prominent role, if the team is more neutral, I don't use them as much. Generally, Lh pitchers do help somewhat against base stealing teams.
