so to keep these coaches around - it would be good if those experienced coaches in their conferences give them good advice, and are supportive. It would be great to see a lot of these new coaches stay.

Exactly right bbunch. I said it earlier that i have offered help to any of the new coaches in N. Coast conference. Even if it only gets one to stay beyond the first season its a plus.

I even heard radio ads on 1530 ESPN (Cincinnati) for several WIS products (baseball and basketball)... 15 second spots.

In addition to the FreeHD promo on the Bracket challenge, you have lots of new coaches I guess.

My D3 George Fox team shares a conference with Tianyi's Menlo Dynasty (seriously, man, lose some games once in a while, will you?) and in talking with some of our new coaches they're only playing the free season,  thus they don't get the FSS option.

One of the best ways to encourage the new guys is to (a) Point them here to the forum - it's where I got more good advice than I could remember when I started, most of which I ignored at my own peril :) (b) Talk to them about the importance of FSS reports in evaluating potential.

I need to also point out to them that if they make the NT, they start to see discounts on additional seasons' subscriptions.  I know some of you are basically playing for free.  But I'm not quite there yet - after a sweet 16 trip with my D2 squad, I was tickled to death to only pay like $2.99 or something for an additional season.

HD needs a "why you should subscribe" note or sitemail pointing this stuff out.
