Look at Dominican D3 Rupp,previous 2 seasons. Not tremendously talented but went 23-7 both seasons. Not very strong inside and not great guards.  User name Coachvegas44. Hope it helps you.

I have run 3 teams in Press. It is my favorite.
Gds/SF Spd/IQ/Sta/D/Ath, in that order.
Bigs Ath/IQ/Sta/D/Spd, in that order.

I have had good press teams with bigs with speed in the 20's.

I have good press teams with guards with speeds in the 50's and bigs in the 40's...check the one I just had.  Eldridge will cap at 58 speed (at sg) and be 1 of the all time steals leaders at VW.

Just like any defense, there are multiple ways to succeed.  The best route for 1 coach isn't necessarily the best for another.  Experiment based on different things and you'll land on a style that fits best for you.
