I don't know if my franchise is any indication, but there's this:  I have SEVEN defensive SS's in my system who all project to be 85+ in all four defensive ratings.  And NONE of them looks like he'll ever OPS more than .600.  Heck, that might even be stretching it, more like .500.

REALLY the only reason I posted this is to see what the highest possible is, was, has been.
