Huge attribute gains Topic

I think a good point that comes from this is planning from day-1 for 4 years of practice.  If I have a guy with say 15-high LP, usually I'll try to gauge early on just how high it is by watching improvement closely.  If it's going up insanely fast relative to practice time/WE/etc, then I'll try to dedicate more minutes there to make sure I'm not stuck with 50 points left to grow as a SR.  Obviously lots of things to consider, but I do that if possible.

For the same reason, I frequently move practice minutes around when skills turn black or red.

same! my problem has always been that i can't stay focused for more than like 10 minutes and my APM fall off a cliff. didn't get HOTS yet

I had a guy at Greensboro who started at 18 in PER. He's at 79 and still high (as a redshirt sophomore). He'll hit at least 81 points of improvement, maybe 82.
