yeah but everyone has different values on prestige so it seems kind of weird to me to measure anything in terms of grades of prestige or %s of prestige (if that means something other than grades of prestige, im not sure what it means)

In GD Jconte said it would be somewhere between 5 and 15% in effort, since HD came out with favorites about the same time I would guess its also 5-15%. I believe it was 15% if you were the favorite school and had proximity. So by putting 2 and 2 together I estimated  that is is 10%(all percentages are too effort not prestige) for favorite school and 5% for proximity.

Clear as mud now.
