Agreed...I see nothing wrong with it. I generally post to the world forum when I'm recruiting or try to entice coaches in my other worlds to join up in the target world. I have no problem when people post in the coaches chat in my conferences trying to drum up support for a conference either at that division or the next one up. What can I say...I like to feel wanted :)

I agree also.  Sometimes it can get a little annoying when the same coach does it season after season after season, but it's really nothing to go haywire over.  If you don't want to move don't, if you do then his tactic worked.  Besides, you can always use the "Hide messages from other conferences" feature to block out that nonsense.

I did this a lot back when I first took the job at St. Mary's in the D2 Heartland in Iba, and I'm very glad I did.  We filled the conference up and are one of the top conferences in D2 Iba because of it (davefilby did some too, and still does it some to this day when we have an opening).  Anyone who gets upset over that is just looking for something to complain about.
