IF you start Schwam against a good coach who has a low post threat he is going to be attacked and abused.   I know I look for the 40 DEF when game planning.

one nice aspect of spot starting as OP has been doing is that from looking at the stats page you can't tell who he'll be starting. Now you must either dig deeper into trying to figure out why the coach started who he did when he did, or just say eff it and put your best general lineup out there...I love having the option to start many different players over the course of the season to mess with people trying to find one particular weakness to exploit
