OK cool!  You had me doubting my own math abilities, and I am an MBA student!  I was thinking about dropping out!! But yes I am with you.  Assuming no TO's, O-Rebounds, etc. then the shot total's will be exactly the same.

I have a question: I have teams with lots of perimeter shooters (rated high at least) who don't shoot well from the perimeter. I know speed and ATH plays into it but I still think with an 88 PER and 76 PER player, at least one of them should be able to shoot consistently. I've had much more consistent luck with getting 3s up with my Wiscy Lutheran team.

I'm not exactly sure what your question was.  But speed, perimeter, ball handling, team passing, and IQ all play into 3-pt shooting.  I'm also pretty sure teams shoot better from beyond the arc at home than on the road.

If you have a specific team or players to look at it would help answer your question.
