I dont have a sure fire way to avoid this, but it would have been better not to do this in the middle of recruiting.   Giving everyone in Phelan 24 hours to scour the unsigned players makes it hard for folks who thought they were about to sneak someone thru.  

Better to do this kind of halt when no world is recruiting - is there ever such a time?

BTW, that does seem ridiculous dcy.  I've never had long wait times like that.  Well maybe one out of the 12 or so I've sent took a few days, all the others were 24 hrs or less iirc.

The first one I mentioned was sent on 12/28/2014 and I finally got a response on 1/13/2015.  The second is a follow-up to the first and was sent on 3/19/2015 and I'm still waiting for a response on that one........lucky me, huh?

There's no way to say this without being a dick, but I am going to do it anyway and hope a cute smiley face at the end will sotten the tone but that is the lamest complaint in the history of complaints......
